Getting started

Before you depart on your trip

  1. Join Telestial online or call 24-hour Customer Service and pre-pay your account for $20 or more, so that you can access Telestial's paid services, such as low-cost calls and voicemail.
  2. Personalize your account. Select your own PIN number. Review and update your phonecard, mobile and email settings to ensure that your details and preferences are correct.
  3. Set up speed dials by entering your favorite people's phone numbers into your speed dials page on the web site.
  4. Print a User guide for instructions and tips on how to use the service.
  5. Forward all of your other email accounts to your Telestial account so you can pick up all of your messages from the one place and be notified of new messages over the phone.
  6. Give family and friends your Telestial account details, so they can leave you voicemail messages for FREE. Print a Voicemail userguide or just email them the information.
